  19. (Edited your comment to remove the code so no one steals it from you). This partially depends on where you bought the album from (we did this as a split release, so things like the download cards actually differ from the US and EU). I’m going to guess you bought it in Europe either from the band or from ETT? The download card you got should say what site to go to to redeem it. If the code isn’t working or the site isn’t listed, I’d recommend contacting ETT for help. Here’s their contact info (from their website):
